Borrowing Policies

Only Southbury residents over the age of 18 can take out a pass with a valid Southbury Library card.

Only one pass per family at a time.
*
Museum passes may be checked out for four days.

If the pass is not returned by the due date, a two dollar per day fee will be imposed. Returning the pass after closing on the due date is considered late.
*
If the pass is lost, the patron is responsible for the full replacement cost of the pass.
*
Passes are given out on a first come, first serve basis. They can not be reserved.
