Have you ever wondered how to make pasta from scratch? In this program, you’ll learn how to knead, roll and cut your own fettuccine, and you don’t even need a pasta machine! Join us virtually as Katie, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers, shows us all the steps of making homemade, fresh pasta.

Before this program, please make sure you have the following ready:

  • Equipment:
    • a rolling pin
    • a pot to boil pasta in
    • a flat, clean surface to work on
  • Ingredients:
    • 2 eggs
    • all purpose flour
    • olive oil
    • salt
    • your choice of sauce

PLEASE NOTE: Even though this event is virtual, it calls for gluten and eggs so this program is not suitable for those with allergies to any of those ingredients.
