DESCRIPTION:To celebrate the spooky season, the Southbury Library invites 
 you to an afternoon of scary poems and stories.  Come bring your spookies
 t poems and stories to share. Southbury Poet Laureate Faith Vicinanza will
  lead this program and bring some of her favorite scary works.\r\nFaith Vi
 cinanza is a published poet and visual artist who has resided in Southbury
  since 2016. Ms. Vicinanza has published  4 books of poetry, with 3 more 
 on the way.  She was a nominee for State Poet Laureate in 2000 and the re
 cipient of the Connecticut Commission on the Arts Advocate for the Arts Aw
 ard in 2003.\r\nLike all Southbury Public Library programs, this program i
 s free to attend and open to anyone regardless of town of residency.  Reg
 istration is required.
