DESCRIPTION:Learn about the basic elements of photo editing in this hands-
 on workshop! We'll discuss things like exposure, contrast, and satura
 tion in this beginner level class.To participate, you will need either:a s
 martphone with photos you would like to edit on it, or a digital camera, 
 DSLR, or flash drive with the appropriate cords. If you like, you can brin
 g your own computer or you can use one of the library's laptops.Becau
 se the elements we'll be working on are the basis of all photo editin
 g, any photo editing software (including your phone's built-in photos
  app) will work. For those on a laptop, we will be using Google Photos (we
  will provide an account to use if you do not have a Google account).About
  our presenter: Sophia is a college student and intern at the Southbury Pu
 blic Library. She is an avid photographer, runs her school's photogra
 phy club, and has taught several photography workshops for adults.Like all
  our teen events, this is free, open to residents of any town in Grades 6-
 12, and sponsored by the Friends of the Southbury Public Library. Registra
 tion is required so we can save your spot!
