SWC was founded in 2001 by a group of diverse, committed women to serve our local community and improve the lives of those in need.

The Tax Collector's office is responsible for the billing and collection of all Real Estate, Personal Property, Motor Vehicle Taxes and related penalty charges.

Our website is designed to provide useful and timely information about the town of Southbury. It is a part of our strategy to expand and make effective use of information technology to improve citizen services, attract new businesses, streamline operations in Town Hall and lower operating costs.
