The Berkshire Jazz Orchestra is back to give a twist to your favorite classic holiday songs! The songs featured will include “Winter Wonderland,” “Chestnuts Roasting On an Open Fire,” “Santa Claus is Coming to Town,” “Sleigh Ride,” and many other favorites. Vocalist Jan Maki will also bring us special arrangements of Bette Midler’s “Baby its Cold Outside,” Dianna Krall’s “Jingle Bells” and other well known Holiday standards.

The Berkshire Jazz Orchestra (BJO) is a 17-piece ensemble based in Fairfield County. The band includes many professional musicians and music educators with great skill and amazing creative solo abilities, who believe in keeping the big band genre fresh and alive!

Like all Southbury Public Library programs, this event is free to attend and open to anyone regardless of town of residency.
