Food Explorers is back! Let's make dinner together!

Join Megan, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers to make Broccoli Cheddar Soup! This recipe is just like Panera's but made from scratch. 

You’ll need the following ingredients: 1 onion, flour, salt, chicken or vegetable stock, broccoli, carrots, milk or half & half, and cheddar cheese. Optional ingredients are:  garlic, nutmeg, paprika. A cheese grater is recommended but not required.

This class will be conducted using Zoom. Participants will receive a Zoom link and credentials the morning of the program.
