Event Details

Learn string art basics, including how to use a hammer and nails. Create a hangable piece of string art, and go home with a reusable pattern. If you have your own pattern or picture you’d like to try, bring it with you!

Registration is required; space is limited. Like all teen events, this program is free, open to residents of any town in Grades 6-12, and sponsored by the Friends of the Southbury Public Library.

Vanessa Fasanella is a teacher, crafter, jewelry designer, and instructor who has been leading craft and other hands-on workshops at Connecticut libraries since 2012.
