Junior Friends

This offshoot of the Friends of the Southbury Public Library is for Grades 6-12 and meets once a month to help assist the Friends with various projects, including organizing and preparing items in the book sale. Meetings are the first Thursday of the month from 6-7:30pm. For each meeting, we'll meet at the First Floor Elevator at 6pm, and head down to the Lower Level (Basement).

Sci-Fi & Fantasy Book Club

Join us for this exciting new book club! If you grew up dreaming of Hogwarts or Xavier's Academy, this club will be your cup of butterbeer.

This book club meets on the first Thursday of each month at 6pm.

Our book clubs are open to all, and no registration is required. All of the month's book club books can be picked up at the circulation desk.

This month we'll be reading Fledgling by Octavia E. Butler.
