Join Katie, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers to make crustless Quiche for dinner! You’ll load up this delicious recipe with your choice of vegetables and lots of cheese. To make this recipe you’ll need the following ingredients: 6-8 eggs, milk, oil, your choice of two to three vegetables (broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms, kale, spinach, etc), shredded cheese (american, cheddar, mozzarella, etc) and a large baking or pie dish.
You will need the following ingredients for this recipe: 2 eggs, AP flour, olive oil, salt and your choice of sauce and side.
This class will be conducted using Zoom. Participants will receive a Zoom link and credentials.
