Food Explorers is back! Let's make dinner together!

Join the Registered Dietitians from Food Explorers to make Zucchini Meatballs! These meatballs are meat free but still just as delicious and go perfectly with your favorite pasta and sauce. 

To make this recipe you’ll need the following ingredients: olive oil, 2 large zucchinis, breadcrumbs, 1 egg, grated parmesan cheese, and your choice of sauce. A cheese grater is required to shred the zucchinis.

This class will be conducted using Zoom. Participants will receive a Zoom link and credentials the morning of the program.
