Event Details
Join Food Explorers for a creative spin on sweet egg rolls! You’ll be making Apple Cheesecake Eggrolls using a food you may have never used: rice paper wrappers! You’ll make a delicious apple filling and learn how to soak your rice paper wrappers and roll to make your sweet egg rolls. Egg rolls will be cooked on the griddle, not fried.
This recipe is vegetarian and nut free but will contain dairy and gluten
Space is limited and registration required.
This event is free, open to residents of any town in Grades 6-12, and sponsored by the Friends of the Southbury Public Library.
