Event Details
Children experience big feelings and face problems in their lives that are sometimes too hard for them to handle on their own. It is important for children to be able to identify these feelings and go to the Trusted Adults in their lives.
Elementary-aged children will engage in conversations, activities, and crafts focusing on identifying big feelings, learning about some options to safely work through their big feelings, and identifying the Trusted Adults in their lives who they can go to for help.
There will also be a nut free snack.
While this event is happening, there will be a screening and discussion of Screenagers: Elementary School Edition for adults in the Kingsley Room.
