Event Details
Everything you ever wanted to know about making pizza from dough to sauce to toppings in two hours! You will learn how to make all the components, bake your pie to perfection, and then enjoy your delicious pizza! This program will contain wheat/gluten and dairy.
Space is limited and registration is required. Please sign up once per family group (each station makes a small to medium pizza and dough to take home). For sibling ages: anyone under 4 may find it very difficult; you know your family best, but this is a 2 hour class with a lot of kneading and rolling.
This program is brought to us by Matthew Yanarella of MY Productions CT. He has previously worked for nearly twenty years bringing high quality and engaging programs to kids, teens, adults, and families at the Howard Whittemore Memorial Library in Naugatuck, CT. Now he runs MY Productions CT LLC, where he brings those same types of events all over the state. In the past, we have had him run other culinary and craft events for all ages.
This event is sponsored by the Friends of the Southbury Public Library and is a part of our 2025 Summer Reading Program: Level Up at Your Library.
