Get your Passport to Connecticut Libraries this month at the Southbury Public Library! Visit as many participating libraries as you like between April 1 and April 30, get your passport stamped (and maybe pick up some cool library swag), and turn your passport in no later than May 11th to be entered into the prize drawing for a $200 Visa Gift Card!
171 Connecticut library locations are participating in this exciting program! Each library has its own architecture, vibe, and unique collections to explore and browse! We hope to encourage everyone to explore the amazing diversity of our public libraries in Connecticut (with more than 12 million items for you to check out!).
If you visit at least five participating libraries throughout the month of April and return your Passport to a participating library by May 11, then you will be entered into a state-wide drawing for a chance to win a $200 Visa gift card! There will be six winners selected from throughout the state:
- Adults (18 and older):
- Top Traveler: most participating libraries visited and stamped in the state! (in event of a tie, there will be a drawing of the people who tied)
- Random 25 Drawing: from all adults who visited and stamped 25 or more libraries
- Random 5 Drawing: from all adults who visited and stamped 5 or more libraries
- Children (17 and under)
- Top Traveler: most participating libraries visited and stamped in the state! (in event of a tie, there will be a drawing of the people who tied)

This initiative of the Connecticut Library Association is open to all ages.
