Program Description

Event Details

Join us to explore the art of photography with our volunteer Sophia.

Learn more about  on the basic principles of art and photography. This workshop will help people learn how to take better pictures by utilizing photography and art principles. We would discuss elements such as shape, line, texture, pattern, etc. People can bring phone cameras or digital and other professional cameras. However, this would NOT be a tutorial on how to use any camera at all.

An avid photographer and student, Sophia runs a photography club at her school.  She is excited to share her passion with photography from one amateur to another.

Like all Southbury Public Library programs, this event is free to attend and open to anyone regardless of town of residency. Registration is required.
