Text notifications for hold items and due date reminders have been improved and are now available to all mobile carriers, including AT&T! Shoutbomb is Bibliomation's new text messaging service. It is more reliable than our last texting service, and offers the ability to text certain keywords and get information about due dates, hold statuses, and more.

- HOLDS: see the status of holds
- RENEW: renew an item that is soon to be due
- IOWEU: see fees/fines on each registered library card
- HELP: help with the text messaging service
How to opt in or out: if you were previously signed up for text message notifications, you should have received an introductory text message on August 18 or 19. If you did not receive this text message or you would like to be added to get text message notifications, you can change this by asking a staff member or logging into your account in the online catalog and going to Preferences, then Notifications and choosing to be notified by text.
