Happy almost November! We will be closed several days this month: Tuesday, November 7 for Election Day (polling location will remain open); Friday, November 10 for Veterans Day (we will be open Saturday, November 11); and Thursday, November 23 and Friday, November 24 for Thanksgiving. We look forward to seeing you all the other days this month!

Have you been to the Southbury Library lately? Now’s a great time to check us out and vote on our Pumpkin Contest!

Staff made pumpkins will be on display starting Friday the 13th and winners will be out until October 31st. Voting is open to the public, we’d love to see you. Voting ends October 27th.

The Friends of the Southbury Public Library is dedicated to serving the Southbury Public Library and its relations with the community. The funds raised will allow them to continue to fund the Children, Teen, and Adult programs at the library, in addition to their other generous activities.
